As you are aware, we are in unprecedented and unpredictable times with the coronavirus outbreak. Keeping everyone safe and well is the highest priority.
We wanted to reassure you that our set-up and systems mean we are all able to work from our ‘virtual’ office and so maintain our service.
If we have a site visit we will assess risk and decide on a case by case basis whether it advisable to proceed and what precautions need to be taken to ensure everyone’s wellbeing. We will also explore other options with you that may be a viable alternative to a visit, e.g. use of video.
These measures will remain in place, with any necessary revisions as the situation unfolds, until normal business can resume.
In the meantime, take care and stay safe.
